Here are some red squid from Oshima fishing in Tokyo that arrived today!
It will be an extra large red squid over 1 kg 😄.
The thick meat is delicious not only as sashimi and sushi, but also as a snack when boiled.
We offer them only after they have been quick-frozen to bring out their sweetness one step further 😊.
We look forward to seeing you again in May.
