Oysters are in season from summer to fall.
To our surprise, there was one in Chiba Prefecture.
The meat is very firm, light and satisfying.
You may also enjoy it raw,
Oysters can be boiled or served with miso gratin, taking advantage of their large size.
Recommendation.
