Shin-Ginko@Chiba/Ichihara/Igoi/Sushi/Suzushi/Mizutani/Gourmet
Autumn ingredients are starting to show their faces.
This will be the first time this season.
We also serve young ginkgo nuts from Sobue, Aichi Prefecture.
It shines with a beautiful jade green color and is served roasted with salt.
It has a hokum texture with little bitterness and a hokum taste.
An indescribable youthful aroma slowly passes through the nostrils.
I tend to eat too much and drink more alcohol than usual. It can happen.
However, it has long been said that one should not eat too many ginkgo nuts! Please be careful not to eat too much.
The ingredients are also changing members every day.
We hope to serve new Sushi Mizutani sushi and dishes again.
We look forward to hearing from you.
