This year has started again!
It will be the new autumn fish.

This time, we used Akinata fish and pounded okra with lots of condiments and vegetables.
I made it into a spring roll.
The sauce is inspired by autumn, with grated carrot and dashi ponzu.
Please eat.

Of course, we also serve it as nigiri.
