I heard that it is a big festival held annually at the beginning of the Master's Day.
I went for the first time last year because the festival is held on the street right next to my store! It is a very big festival and I think it attracts the most people in Goi in a year!

Since last year, I have been secretly thinking about serving Mizutani's special miso soup with arajiru.
Surprisingly popular and well received by our customers 😁.
It's a simple miso soup made of katsuo and kelp broth and Okinawan white miso, but I hope people in Chiba can try it too 😁.
Perhaps Sushi Mizutani's arajiru will be served at next year's Goi Grand Market🍀.
