Sake exclusively for Tuna
@Sushi Mizutani/Chiba Gourmet/Igoi Sushi/Igoi Entertainment/Aged Sushi/Sake
Thank you for your continued patronage of Sushi Mizutani. 🙇♂️
Today I would like to introduce a sake I happened to find the other day😊.
I was so surprised when I found it that I thought it was for Sushi Mizutani! LOL!
I tasted it right away.
My personal impression is that it has just the right amount of acidity and aroma, and is a good food sake that really does not get in the way of a meal!
It did not interfere with the natural acidity and flavor of the tuna, and had a great mouth feel while retaining the presence of the tuna knot!
Maguroknot Junmai Daiginjo is a sake brewed exclusively for tuna, with the aim of creating a bottle that best accompanies the tuna.
It has a slightly low alcohol content of 12 degrees and is made from sake rice with a milling ratio of 50%. The soft acidity and elegant sweetness come together to enhance the flavor of the red meat of tuna and the fat of the fat of tuna.
The first sip is full, with a pleasant aftertaste that cuts through easily. It wraps around the delicate flavor of the tuna and brings the entire meal together in a light and refreshing manner.
I am happy to know that there is such a sake in Chiba!
Please feel free to ask if you would like to have this tuna knot when you have the course 🐟.
